We are offering for sale this working and profitable business for sale – a fully furnished and equipped summer restaurant called Kosharitsa Bar & Restaurant. Kosharitsa Bar & Restaurant is located on the territory of the popular mini resort Sunset Kosharitsa, only 7.5 km from Bulgaria’s biggest seaside resort - Sunny Beach. Sunset Kosharitsa holiday development is set at the foot of the easternmost hills of Stara Planina Mountain, close to the sea, in a quiet location, only a few hundred meters from the last houses of the big and well developed village of Kosharitsa.
