City of Ruse to make non-cash contribution to JV

The city of Ruse will become a partner in a newly set up joint venture for the construction of a mixed-use building and a sports venue complex with a non-cash contribution of almost 13.7 mln levs. In April, the municipal council gave the go-ahead to transfer to the Project Ruse joint venture the building rights to 95,778 sq m scheme comprising a sports auditorium and a complex of entertainment and sporting venues, business center, hotel and a commercial component on the adjacent sites of an existing cycling track and an unfinished sports hall. The city's partner in Project Ruse is Mall Ruse Investment, represented by Plamen Bobokov from Prista Oil and Marin Zgurev from Densi Story.
