Eleven houses in the Kazanlak Municipality welcome Japanese tourists

The Japanese tourists will have a chance to taste the traditional Bulgarian way of life," said sources from the Kazanlak office of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JAIKA). The agency and the Kazanlak Municipality are partners in their ambitious project to promote rural tourism in Bulgaria.

The first monitoring visit by a group of experts and tourist will examine the conditions at the houses on June 10-11. A week later a second visit with the participation of media is envisaged.

"Right after that the 11 houses will be ready to welcome the first 35 tourists for a longer period of time - a week, ten days, as long as they wish," say the kind hosts.
