Emerging Markets Property Exhibition
Рубрика: Property news Източник:During the exhibition, more than 3,000 investors from the G8 group and other developed countries and about 500 representatives of the biggest international companies will have an opportunity to become acquainted with potential offers and investments of 14 European emerging market countries – Poland, Russia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey. Never have these countries had any bigger opportunity to present their real estate offers to investors from all over the world, making EMPEX an unique event on the global scale.
To improve the event’s positioning, CEE MTW has invited presidents and chief architects of all 14 capitals of the European developing countries. Many Polish officials, including the Minister of Infrastructure; Director of the Polish National Bank, Professor Leszek Balcerowicz; the Polish Press Agency, PAP; Polish Agency of Information and Foreign Investment, PAIiZ, and international real estate organisations, including RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), CEREAN (Central European Real Estate Associations Network), International Real Estate Trade Organisation (IRETO), European Estates Agents Union (EEAU) and UNIDO has already agreed to be honorary patrons and partners of the fair.
The the organiser´s opinion, the show concept and its location in Warsaw – the natural bridge between the East and the West –guarantees the success of the inaugural event. ´We are convinced that, thanks to professional preparation of the event, the new show will be the largest event for the real estate industry in the European emerging markets in 2005. We have been working in real estate markets for 10 years,´ says Jacek Michalski, Project Manager of EMPEX Exhibition.
The program of the exhibition includes three conferences: “Emerging real estate markets in Europe” for investors, “Residential market in emerging countries” for residential sector professionals and “New European Cities”, during which mayors, city presidents, town-planners, architects and promotion managers will familiarise themselves with the newest urban trends and ideas of raising the investment attractiveness of their countries and regions. Presidents, mayors and chief architects of capital cities of all 14 emerging market countries will have an opportunity to exchange experiences and to create a common strategy in competition with Western conglomerations.
To make the show complete and effective, the organiser has created a special online programme called ExpoConnections, allowing the exhibitors and visitors to arrange business meetings prior to the show. Conference rooms tailored to their needs and the open VIP room will provide comfortable conditions for these negotiations.
A guarantee of the exhibition´s success is not only its unique character, but also its promoter – Central and Eastern European Exhibitions CEE MTW, a part of Expomedia Group Plc., present on London Stock Exchange since 2001. The company flourishes in nine countries on three continents: the United Kingdom, Poland, Germany, Russia, the Netherlands, Greece, Hungary, India and Morocco. In addition to the offices and exhibition halls in these countries, CEE MTW has a huge network of representatives and partners in countries regarded as the biggest capital investors: the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, France, Spain, the People’s Republic of China and Japan. In all of these countries an intense promotion campaign will be held to ensure wide notability for the show, not only in Europe.
Even now, seven months before the show, the organiser registration for the show is continuing at a steady pace. ´We didn´t expect such interest, but we are really glad to fill this market gap,´ says Jacek Michalski.
