Forty Belgian Families Settle in Varna

Most interesting of all remains the fact that part of the inside walls will be made of plaster pasteboard, so that anyone could change the inside rooms, without the risk of damaging the construction. That will give the construction Japanese style.

  The funds for the building of the future block of flats are part of the investments amounting to nearly 100 million Euro that the Belgian proprietors plan to invest in Eastern Europe. Our goal is to persuade our partners to invest a bigger part of the money in our country, especially in Varna and the region – added Velichko Todorov.
