The biggest mall on the Balkan peninsula will be built on Tsarigradsko Chaussee boulevard in Sofia. The future giant will cost 200,000 million euro and will spread on a total built-up area of 14, 000 square kilometers. The complex with have three floors and three underground parking lots. Some 8% of the mall's area are meant for entertainment zones.
