The Coasts Of Tsarevo Attract Building Contractors

Рубрика: General news Източник:   There are three more companies, which build a villa settlement in the region of Tsarevo, at the place of “Koral” Camping Site, for the amount of EUR 90 million. The French architect – Gi Perie and the recent president of “Valencia” Football Club – the Spaniard Francisco Alfonso Rong, presented to the Mayor – Eng. Petko Arnaudov, the final project of “Koral” Holiday Settlement.

  The football boss is also the owner of a company, which builds golf grounds. He has bought the huge terrain at the sea shore, as he has paid the amount of EUR 9 million for the land.

  The resort settlement will be built on an area of 167 decares, on the territory of the camping site of the same name – “Koral”. There will be a golf complex in the close proximity of it. The investors have requested for the cooperation of the local municipality to find an appropriate terrain and to purchase approximately 400 decares more for the building of a golf ground deeper inside the mountain, which is to be used together with the holiday settlement and will work during the whole year.

  According to the preliminary plans, the amount of EUR 90 million will be invested only in the building of the settlement, from EUR 8 million to EUR 10 million in the golf ground, and another EUR 25 million in houses and apartments immediately next to it.

  Besides this, Francisco Alfonso Rong will also build a small yacht harbour that will serve all future tourists. The investors originally talk about tourists but according to the local administration it is about apartments, which will be sold at high prices.

  The complex will be built in a non-traditional architectural style, specified the Mayor of Tsarevo – Petko Arnaudov. It will be divided into independent zones, as one of the zones will have four-star and five-star mini hotels of the type of those in South France and Sardinia. The other zone will include the building of one-family houses, cafés, expensive restaurants, bars and mini business centres, as well as a big swimming pool, tennis court and parking under it.

  There is a plan for the building of the complex to start within a period of one month and to continue until 2010.

  Gi Perie is an architect of international prominence and experience, as he has worked on a number of huge projects in Poland, France, Italy and Brazil, and at the moment he teaches architecture in Harvard. He has designed the expansion of the Polish capital, Warsaw. He has developed many projects of holiday settlements in South France of the same type as “Koral” Holiday Settlement will be.

  During the meeting with the Mayor of Tsarevo – Petko Arnaudov, they presented the final project of “Koral”, which stakes on low building, as the height of the buildings will be under the height of trees. Elegant pathways between the dunes lead to the sea, so that the beauty of the beach is preserved. The complex, with the streets in it, resembles a small town – more a small authentic hamlet, but also very modern one, with extras and wireless Internet.

  All cafés, restaurants, mini markets and clubs will be brought to special grounds outside the settlement in order not to ruin the sea atmosphere, as also stipulated in the architecture project.

  There are few big projects, which are being implemented in the Municipality of Tsarevo at the moment. The most important of them is “Brega na Krokodila” (The Crocodile’s Coast / Costa del Croco), which stipulates the construction of buildings with a spread built-up area of more than 60 000 square meters, including more than 900 apartments. Another big complex is “Oasis”, also situated near the village of Lozenets, with a spread built-up area of more than 30 000 square meters. A terrain of approximately 29 decares for a holiday settlement in the village is also property to the Bulgarian company with special investment aim, called “Fund for real estates Bulgaria”. “Logservice Land” also builds one hundred apartments in Tsarevo, and “Aspitour” has a complex with 150 residential units.
