The construction of Maritsa Gardens is about to begin

For the people who wish to purchase an apartment in the settlement there is an option to have it completely finished or to have the finishing work done by them – to tile and furnish the bathroom, the kitchen and etc., eng. For the investors it is very important to save and maintain the green zones in the settlement as it will be near Maritsa River and after it has been realized, the settlement will become a part of a bigger project called Maritsa Gardens. Within its area there will be a 5 000 sq. m. park area.
For finishing the complex will be chosen other building companies and everything will be doing on stages. That is a part of the policy of the company, explained eng. Rusanski - the building work to be assigned at least to two companies. A year and a half later the construction of the first three blocks should be completed and the apartments have to be livable. According to the opinion of eng. Rusanski, the marketing researches are showing that Plovdiv still needs new residences and mainly settlements of this type situated among greenery and in close proximity to the main district of the town of Plovdiv.
