Units in Arco Vara Sofia housing scheme start from 1,600 euro/sq m

The company will develop a site on the Madrid boulevard into a housing complex with retail outlets and underground parking with a combined built-up area of 25,000 sq m.

The Boulevard Residence scheme will deliver 112 apartment units and studios that will be marketed fully-furnished. Home buyers will have a pick between three interior design options.

The apartments should start selling in early 2008 from 1,600 euro/sq m.

The 41 retail outlets in the housing estate will be rented out.
